We offer you a gorgeous stay in our newly established Apartment house in Memmingen (Bavaria). Choose between 4 different Apartments  in the size of 31-75 m. The Rooms are modern furnished and offer you every comfort. The House is very well located. It’s just a 15 minute  walk to the City center and 3 minutes ride by car to the next highway (Autobahn). We offer you a big yard which is perfect for relaxing and available for BBQs and games at any time.
Memmingen provides a multitude of leisure and excursion possibilities. In the City center you will find a picturesque old town with historical frame houses, entertaining gastronomy and nice and friendly people.

Highlights directly nearby are the Allgäu Alps with wonderful panoramas, the castle Neu Schwanstein, the theme park Skyline, the basilica Ottobeuren, diverse Golf courses -and of course a multitude of swim possibilities in open air swimming pools or impressive lakescapes. The region Allgäu provides you idylic hiking tracks during the summer and a skiing paradise in every level of difficulty in winter. You can reach the cities Munich, Stuttgart, Ulm, Lindau, Garmisch Partenkirchen etc. within the next 100 km. The Apartment is located close to the airport Memmingen (3km-5 minutes).

The perfect home for everyone

The kitchen and common rooms in our Apartment are seperated from the bathrooms and bedrooms. There are new modern kitchens with compact multi-functional oven with microwave function, a big fridge and laundry facilities in every Apartment. The bedroom always includes a double bed as well as the possibility to place an additional bed. There are towels, blow-dryer, soaps and shelves at your disposal in the bathrooms. You can use our WiFi in the whole house for free.  Staying with us you can enjoy excellent modern facilities with great value for money.
